Received and collected my sample about 2 weeks ago got it to the UPS store to send it back. Haven't received any communication no results or communication about my sample. The collection kit was easy to use and instructions were pretty straightforward. Just haven't received any communication from the company about my sample
This is a great test, caught something my doctor missed and really helped me out. These people really try to help everyone out who runs their tests here, it's a huge difference compared to other walk in/mail in labs.
Two days both ways, plus, they added in a test I wasn't expecting for free after they told me my sample looked weird and 'pelleted', whatever that means. I called in the telemedicine company they work with and I got prescribed what I needed. It was fine and I didn't need to talk to anyone. If anything this terrible happens again, I'll definitely go here again first.
I called the number on the paperwork to see how accurate the test was couldn’t get no one on line.
This review cracks me up, because it took us a while to track this person down. They probably DID contact us, but when you use fake names to order, but real ones with the testing, then a slightly different one for the review or when you call in, we don't respond because we can't figure out who you are if you don't line up with anyone in our database. Sometimes people confuse our lab for a different lab. Really nice person once I got ahold of them, he was just trying to make sure negative meant negative (it doesn't for some kinds of testing). This guy honestly made me feel like C-3PO talking to Lando Calrissian and was one of the people with lots of questions I genuinely enjoyed speaking with. I'm actually disappointed this review wasn't upgraded to at least a 4 star because of the effort we put in to talk to him. But I guess online this stuff happens!
